SCOTUS and the Pledge
It seems that I was right about the result from the Supreme Court Hearing relating to the Pledge of Allegiance. As anticipated SCOTUS decided not to decide about Newdowns case. While not unexpected I was a little disappointed. I had hoped to be wrong and SCOTUS decide one way or another. Oh well... the media was reporting that 3 potential case are in the works on the same issue by people who DO have standing. So SCOTUS will still have to decided sometime in the future.
